gfplay is strictly for players aged 21 and above. By creating an account, you confirm you meet the minimum age requirement under applicable Philippine gaming regulations.
Each player may hold only one gfplay account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in suspension and forfeiture of balances without prior notice.
All bonuses and promotions offered by gfplay are subject to wagering requirements. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering conditions have been met.
gfplay requires identity verification before processing withdrawals. A valid Philippine government-issued ID must be submitted and approved as part of the KYC process.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable Philippine law. gfplay operates in compliance with Philippine gaming regulations applicable to its operations.
gfplay reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and gfplay ("gfplay", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using any part of the gfplay platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must not use the gfplay platform.
In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

2.3 Underage gambling is strictly prohibited. gfplay employs age verification procedures and cooperates with Philippine authorities to prevent access by minors. Any Account found to be held by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.
3.1 Each individual may register only one (1) Account on the gfplay Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3.2 When registering an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, email address, and mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must promptly update your Account details if any information changes.
3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. gfplay will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
3.4 gfplay reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where gfplay reasonably suspects that the Account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes.
4.1 gfplay is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawal requests. This process, commonly referred to as Know Your Customer (KYC), requires you to submit a copy of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document. Acceptable documents include, but are not limited to:
4.2 gfplay may also request proof of address (such as a recent utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months) and proof of payment method ownership where required for compliance purposes.
4.3 Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is successfully completed. gfplay aims to complete KYC reviews within two (2) business days of receiving all required documentation. Incomplete or illegible submissions will delay the verification process.
4.4 All KYC documents submitted to gfplay are handled in accordance with the gfplay Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
5.1 All transactions on the gfplay Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). gfplay does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies.
5.2 gfplay supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.
5.3 Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible. The name on the withdrawal account must match the verified name on the Player's gfplay Account. gfplay reserves the right to reject withdrawal requests where this condition is not met.
5.4 gfplay does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which gfplay accepts no responsibility.
5.5 gfplay reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification, fraud investigations, or compliance reviews. Players will be notified of any such delay via their registered email address.
6.1 gfplay offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game restrictions, and expiry periods, which are published on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is made.
6.2 Unless otherwise stated, Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement for each promotion is stated in the promotion-specific terms.
6.3 gfplay reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of a dispute regarding a bonus, gfplay's decision shall be final.
6.4 Bonuses are intended for personal, recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through systematic play, collusion, or other abusive strategies constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings.
7.1 All games available on the gfplay Platform use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology or verified live dealing procedures to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. gfplay's games are provided by licensed third-party game suppliers whose products are independently tested and certified.
7.2 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, gfplay reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wagered amount to the Player's Wallet. gfplay will not be liable for any losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.
7.3 The rules applicable to each individual game are displayed within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable game rules before placing wagers. Ignorance of game rules does not constitute grounds for a refund or dispute.
8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gfplay Platform:
8.2 gfplay reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any Account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, and to forfeit any balances held in such Account, without prior notice and without liability to the Player.
9.1 gfplay is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides all registered players with access to the following responsible gaming tools, available directly from Account Settings:
9.2 Players who wish to self-exclude may do so by contacting gfplay support via live chat or by email. Self-exclusion requests will be processed within twenty-four (24) hours. During a self-exclusion period, the Player's Account will be suspended and no new Account may be registered.

10.1 All content on the gfplay Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the overall design and layout, is the property of gfplay or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the gfplay Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of gfplay.
11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, gfplay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.
11.2 gfplay's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their gfplay Wallet in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude gfplay's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
12.1 gfplay reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, gfplay will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.
12.2 Your continued use of the gfplay Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account.
13.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
13.2 Any dispute arising under these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
